Missoula's options for eating out seem to be constantly expanding. With new restaurants opening and relocating, the dining scene is always evolving.

Every season there is a new food truck or two to try. There are so many good ones in town. I still think that Missoula needs a food truck court in town. It's time that we make that happen, if Bozeman can have one, we should be able to make one work here.

While we are on the topic of things that Missoula doesn't have, we could use a seafood focused restaurant. It's not that you can't find some good seafood in Missoula, it's just not the focus of any specific restaurant, outside of sushi. There are people who would settle for a Skipper's restaurant at this point.
