Missoula’s Outdoor Markets Return This Weekend With Something New
One of the surest signs of spring in Missoula isn’t just the baby deer showing up in your yard or the return of dandelions. It’s the moment the city’s beloved outdoor markets come back to life.
That moment is here.
Kickoff of Missoula’s Beloved Markets
This Saturday marks the official kickoff for several of Missoula’s most popular markets, including the Missoula Farmers' Market, the Missoula People's Market, and the Clark Fork River Market. After months of indoor winter markets, vendors and visitors alike are ready to get back outside.

The debut event is scheduled for Saturday, May 9, from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m., and similar to other markets, it’s free to attend. Expect food, music, entertainment, merchandise, activities, and a fresh new vibe for a Saturday night downtown evening.
It’s shaping up to be a big weekend in Missoula, and a great opportunity to support local farmers, artists, and small businesses while enjoying everything that makes spring in Montana feel like it’s finally arrived.
