Beloved Missoula Toy Store Is Closing After 13 Years Downtown
Downtown Missoula is constantly changing.
Saying Goodbye: The Impact of Business Closures
Sometimes, that's exciting. Other times, it's tough to see, especially when a longtime local business closes its doors.
We just learned that Imagination Station is closing after 13 years in downtown Missoula.
They recently announced the difficult decision on social media, saying everything in the store is now for sale.
Nostalgia and Family Memories
For me, this one hits a little differently.

That's one of the things I love about having kids. You can walk into a toy store with absolutely no intention of buying anything, and somehow you're walking out carrying a toy.
I know things are difficult for a lot of businesses right now, and seeing another longtime downtown store close isn't easy. Imagination Station has been part of the Missoula community for 13 years, and for a lot of families, it's been a place where some great memories were made.
A Final Visit: Creating Lasting Memories

We'll miss you, Imagination Station.
