Missoula has been waiting patiently for news of the official opening date. The Texas Roadhouse website still says "Open in October" but as we learned recently, the restaurant would be opening in mid-November.

It's estimated that 200 employees will be hired and as we previously reported, this "will make it among the largest restaurant employers in the city."

At this time, 10 positions are still listed on the Texas Roadhouse site with openings for both food prep and service.

KPAX is reporting that in advance of the opening day local law enforcement, firefighters, and hotel workers will have the opportunity to be the first guests as staff trains. But very soon, Texas Roadhouse will be open to the public.
