Dear Blue Mountain Chair Carvers,

There are certain things that make Missoula feel like nowhere else.

They offer something simple but rare. A place to sit. A place to pause. A place to take in Missoula from above. They aren't fancy, and aren't the most comfortable, but they are special.

A Moment to Pause and Reflect

So to whoever carved those chairs, thank you.

They may seem like a small thing, but they have created countless quiet moments for people like us. And we will continue to appreciate them for years to come.

Sincerely,
Chris Wolfe
