Let’s Get Montana An ‘Official Aroma’
Every state has its own aroma, but there aren’t any “official state aromas”, yet. That can change shortly. New Mexico is considering making the scent of “roasting green chiles in the fall” their official aroma. As far as aromas go, that's a pretty good one.
What Would Montana's Aroma Be?
We should have an “official aroma” for Montana. Which begs the question, “what would the official aroma of Montana be”? This question was discussed around the office and someone suggested “two-stroke motor oil”. That one can cover the entire state, from cities, farms, ranches, and even the woods. We then posed this question to our listeners on Facebook and there was a of aromas that should be considered for the “Official Aroma of Montana”.
