There have been some changes at your local Costco lately. They have gotten a new CEO, they have changed the packaging for their rotisserie chicken, and they have announced that there will be an increase in membership fees this year.

Electronics over 90 days after purchase

Alcohol

Tires

Airline or Live Performance Event tickets

Gold bullion

Shop Cards or Gift Cards

They also won't return any custom items that you may have purchased. There aren't many stores that will do that. When planning your next Costco shopping trip, you may want keep these things in mind when making your purchases.
