Brainiacs, it's your time to shine with a huge Trivia Showdown taking place in Missoula.

There is no shortage of trivia nights here in Missoula. On any given night you can find a crowd gathered at Stave and Hoop, Cranky Sams, The VFW, and more. They are all there to flex their brain muscles and take home a bar tab or maybe even a little cash.

Things just got interesting..

The Missoula Sunrise Rotary is throwing down the gauntlet with a huge Trivia Showdown that could have you taking home a cool one thousand dollars. Let's break this bad boy down.

When: Thursday, May 18th (Doors at 6/Trivia @ 7)

Where: Hilton Ballroom (in the convention center, 3720 N. Reserve)

Registration: Teams may have up to 6 people, and must submit their registration and $150 fee. The winning team will take home a one thousand dollar prize, while the 2nd and 3rd place teams will receive a cash prize as well.

This brain-buster night is organized to benefit the Missoula Sunrise Rotary and its work/support for local at-risk youths. The event will be hosted by Reid Remers, and have lots more than just trivia. They are throwing out all the stops with a no-host bar, a silent auction, and pub food.

Also, the Sunrise Rotary is looking for some great items to auction off as well. If you would like to donate, please reach out to Andy Nelson at andynelsonmt@gmail.com.

Start boning up on your trivia knowledge, and maybe hit up a few warm-up trivia nights before the big event. In any case, good luck to all the contestants!
