I've never seen an episode of Yellowstone.

To be honest, when it first came out I had a few friends who had watched it and they talked about how unrealistic it was. That some of the basics of being a rancher didn't line up with their own experiences working on a ranch.

I figured the same inconsistencies might irritate me so I didn't bother watching. Also, I didn't have Paramount+ so it was easy not to watch.

Then, "Yellowstone Fever" took over the world and the details about what living in Montana was really like didn't matter much anymore. There were fights! And explosions! And locals were being cast as extras!

Now, it appears that other production companies are coming to Montana. And why wouldn't they? The Montana Film Office has great incentives for filmmakers, including the Big Sky Film Grant, the MEDIA Tax Credit, and other freebies like no sales tax and licensing exemptions.

I saw an article from Rovology that there's going to be another TV show set on a Montana ranch. This time, it's unscripted, and this might be the first time I'm looking forward to a reality TV show. The show is called "The Wranglers" and it will be on the CW Network.

In a press release, the CW Network described the show as "The new wild west unscripted series THE WRANGLERS about the lives of professional cowboys and cowgirls on a Montana dude ranch now debuts on Monday, October 14 (9:00-10:00 pm ET/PT)..."

It's probably not going to be as flashy or thrilling as Yellowstone, but this is way more my style. According to Rovology, the show will be filmed at the Circle Bar Guest Ranch in Hobson, Montana. If you want to get a peek at the Circle Bar Guest Ranch before the show debuts, take a look at the photos below.
