Your Western Montana 4th of July Guide to Parades and Fireworks
This 4th of July in Montana there will be a lot of different celebrations. Here's a look at what's going on in western Montana. There will be parades, picnics, and yes, fireworks. Nothing says 4th of July in Montana like the booms and colors in the sky. Make your plans to have some fun this holiday and as always be safe out there.
4th of July - Missoula Montana
If you are looking for something fun to do you can enjoy an "Old Fashioned 4th of July" celebration at the Historical Museum at Fort Missoula. It is scheduled between 10a-4p, with live music, wagon rides, food trucks, craft vendors and so much more.
4th of July - Big Fork Montana
Big Fork, Montana will be holding a parade on the 4th of July, with food, live music, and after the parade, the rubber duck race, "Ducks for Bucks," will take place. Bigfork is also planning a fireworks display in Riverside Park at 10pm.
4th of July - Polson Montana
Polson, Montana will be holding a fireworks display, that will take place on July 3rd at Polson Fairgrounds. Polson will be holding a 4th of July parade downtown on Tuesday July 4th at noon.
4th of July - Seeley Lake Montana
Seeley Lake, Montana will be hosting a 4th of July parade at 1pm. The parade is scheduled to start at the Filling Station and end at Pop's. Seeley Lake will also host a fireworks display over the lake getting underway at 10:30pm.
4th of July - Lakeside Flathead Lake Montana
Lakeside, Montana on the west of Flathead Lake is planning on a fireworks display on Tuesday 4th of July at 11pm at Lakeside Marina. The event is 100% community funded, if you would like to donate to help fund the celebration you can do so here.
4th of July - Stevensville Montana
Stevensville, Montana is holding the annual "Pignic" in Lewis & Clark Park on Tuesday, July 4th starting at 4pm. Brought to you by the Stevensville Civic Club. There will be a flag ceremony from Legion Post #94 and fireworks to follow.
4th of July - Arlee Montana
Arlee, Montana has probably the most original of all the events with their "Sasquatch Freedom Fest". For a full list of the events, and ticket information check out the "Big Sky Sasquatch" Facebook page.
