We Asked Montanans Their Outdoor Must-Haves—Their Answers May Surprise You
Montana is full of people who love to spend time outdoors. Most people don't let the weather stop them from enjoying what Montana has to offer.
If you are going to spend time outdoors in Montana, there are some things that you may want to bring with you to make sure your time outside is enjoyable. Not everyone brings the same gear with them when they spend time outdoors in our lovely state. For some, what they bring can be for safety, for others it can be just to recreate and have fun.
⬇️Keep Scrolling to See What Gear Montanans Need⬇️
We wanted to know what outdoor gear Montanans had to have, so we asked. The answers, as always, vary from serious, to comical. One thing I think we can all agree on is that when heading outdoors there is always something we feel like we need to take along with us.
As some of our residents age there are necessities that help them get around. Rita, for example, needs her trekking poles to spend time hiking in the mountains. Matt brings a hoodie with him wherever he goes, not only to keep him warm but to keep the rain or snow off while outside.
Whatever you decide to take with you when you head outdoors in Montana, be safe and have fun.
