Popular Musician Filmed His Lates Music Video in Montana
Rock stars aren't the only ones that appreciate Montana. Of course, Jeff Ament from Pearl Jam still has Montana connections, because he lives here when he isn't on the road with the the band. The Montana connection was apparent last weekend when Missoula was the setting for the interview with Jeff and lead singer Eddie Vedder that aired CBS Sunday Morning.

You can add in rapper, singer-songwriter, and filmmaker, Shaboozey to the list of musical artists that now have a Montana connection. Shaboozey's monster hit "A Bar Song (Tipsy)" , which topped the Billboard Charts at number 1 for 10 weeks in a row. The video has over 120 million views on YouTube. He has just released his latest video called "Highway". Some parts of the video may look familiar, because at least some of it was filmed in Montana.
The bar in the video sure looks familiar.
As you can see the Dixon Bar in Dixon, Montana makes a brief appearance in the video. There is also a Montana license plate on the truck that gives him a ride.
There is a scene in the video where Shaboozey is mingling amongst some bison. But it looks like he is doing the right thing and keeping a safe distance, especially with the young bison in the area.
With the success that Shaboozey is having, I wouldn't be surprised if his latest video goes over the 100 million view mark. As of this weekend's release the video has over 600 thousand views. The more you watch it, the more you may recognize other places where he filmed in our state.
