More people are spending more time on social media these days. That's nothing new, and it looks like it's only going to continue.

These days my social feeds are filled with Montana content, whether it’s musicians, politicians, or food critics. For the record, there are some very talented independent musicians in Montana creating content these days.

For some reason my TikTok algorithm is filled with people rating food in their cars. There is a lot, everything from people in Scotland rating fish and chips to people eating their way across America.

Recently one of the many food reviews caught my eye. He goes by Lukefoods and he has 1.3 million followers. He recently reviewed some food at one of Montana’s hidden gems, which was not easy to reach..

He reviewed some of the baked goods at the Polebridge Mercantile.

One of the cool things about his review is that he lets people know how hard it is to get there. It wasn’t like a strip mall in a big city somewhere. He let them also know about the rough road that can take over an hour to get there, and that there was no internet service there either.

Polebridge Mercantile: A Must-Visit Destination

I know some people might be upset about another influencer spotlighting Montana. At least he made the effort to get there. He also gave them a great review.

One of the best cinnamon rolls I ever had was after a cold fall night staying in one of the nearby cabins in Polebridge. The next morning, the cinnamon roll was fantastic, and I still remember it many years later.
