When that news got around the Lolo community word spread quickly. I talked with a neighbor of mine and he was pleased, explaining some background information about frequent interactions with various law enforcement agencies over the last several years involving disturbances revolving around the property or people using the buildings. Speculation now is what is going to be done with that prime location. Well, are you going to buy it?  "pursuant to an Order of Foreclosure and Judicial Sale" the press release says, from the United States District Court in Missoula. That would be in the Russell Smith Courthouse in Missoula on September 13th. Registration will be at 9:30 a.m. and the sale time is at 10 a.m. There is a minimum bid for the corner property, officially at 100 Glacier Drive is $526,505, and $200,775 for the "Kings Hat" property at 104 Glacier Drive.
