This week the temperatures across the state are going to rise and we may see some record temperatures in some cities. Over the next few days the forecast calls for a few clouds and sunny skies. That will be great for some outdoor activities; it also may be ideal conditions to see the Northern Lights.

Montana has one of the best places to view the Northern Lights in the U.S. Other parts of the state aren't too shabby either.

According to NOAA there is a very good chance that Montana will be one of the states with some amazing views of the Northern Lights over the next two nights. As always the views will be dependent on Montana's weather and your location.
