For those who were hoping that housing prices in Montana were going to eventually start dropping, there is some bad news. According to realtors, one town in Montana is expected to have prices skyrocket in 2026.

Finance Buzz is predicting that housing prices will skyrocket in seven mountain towns, and leading their list is Bozeman, Montana.
According to the Bozeman Real Estate Group, the median home price in Bozeman, as of November 2025, is $798,750. The median price for a single-family home has now reached $875,000. The median price for a condo is $455,000.
