Missoula’s Dubbers Care 3rd Annual Cornhole Tournament is Coming
Sometimes people in Western Montana just need a helping hand. This is where The Dubbers Care Foundation comes in. They help find emergency housing in Montana to families that are in crisis.
The Need for Dubbers Care in Montana has Increased
According to the Dubbers Care Foundation website: "The Dubbers Care Foundation was founded in 2017 by a group of Keller Williams Real Estate Agents looking to give back to there beloved community." Since then they have donated over $100,000 to help over 150 families in Montana when they were in a time of need. They help pay rent or mortgage payments, pay utility bills, help with security deposits, and emergency hotel room stays if needed. According to the event's Facebook Page, the foundation's help is needed now more than ever.
The current housing crisis has amplified the need in our community for housing support and our organization. Unfortunately the elevated demand on our resources has us forced to implement a waitlist much of the year due a lack of funding. Causing us to lean on our community member’s support more than ever before.
