Cool Montana Band’s Fundraiser Concert for Free Cycles Missoula
Let's see...in what drawer or closet did I store that souvenir t-shirt I bought roughly a jillion years ago?
There may not be a chance in hell that I will ever find that gem, but at least there's a chance to see the band. And a super low-cost admission (suggested donation) helps an awesome organization in Missoula keep riders rolling.
Montana's iconic Drum Brothers will be presenting a special fall concert at Free Cycles Missoula on Saturday, October 26. Doors open at 7:00 pm and performance begins at 7:30. Free Cycles Missoula is located 732 South 1st St West in Missoula. A $10 donation at the door is requested and appreciated. Beverages and snacks will be available.
FROM THEIR PRESS RELEASE
"Since 2021, Drum Brothers have been featuring the next generation of family performers...Marsolek. Multi-instrumentalists raised in an environment of music-making, rhythm events, and numerous road trips...Drum Brothers present high energy performances that celebrate a diverse mix of world instruments and sounds: West African djembe and dunun drums, Middle Eastern frame drums, Australian didgeridoo, close harmony vocals, acoustic and electric guitar, bass, and original arrangements and compositions."
For the last three years, members of Drum Brothers have been teaching three levels of community hand drumming classes in the open warehouse spaces at Free Cycles. So what better venue for an exciting fundraiser?
