Missoula Paddleheads Fireworks Cancelled This Week
The Missoula Paddleheads are in the midst of another successful year on the diamond. They have won the Pioneer League first half of the season championship and have already clinched a playoff birth for the season.
Fireworks This Week Are Cancelled
This coming Friday, July 26th, is the popular "Wizards and Wands" night at the ballpark. The plan for this game was to have fireworks as part of the entertainment after the game. This week, due to the weather and fire danger, there won't be a fireworks show after the game. The game and the entertainment will go on as planned. Without the fireworks.

I reached out to Riley Fox, the Marketing Manager for the Paddleheads, and she confirmed they are going to try to move the fireworks to a later date this season. There is still a lot of baseball to be had this season and there are going to be some exciting events coming up at the ballpark, so set these reminders in your calendar.
- Free Beer Night- Friday, August 2nd
- Tie Dye Night- Saturday, August 3rd
- Indigenous Night- Friday, August 16th
- Pillow Fight Night- Saturday, August 17th
- U of M Night- Thursday, August 22nd, sponsored in part by KYSS-FM

There are still a lot of opportunities for fun and to be able to watch some amazing baseball. High School Baseball Night will be a fundraiser for the Missoula High School Baseball program. The team will be wearing jerseys representing the three high schools, Hellgate, Sentinel and Big Sky. The jerseys will be auctioned off after the game with proceeds going to help kick off the high school baseball program that will be starting in Missoula in 2025.
