When you live in Montana long enough you hear a lot about famous people or rich people that live here part time. There is a long list of famous people that have called Montana home for decades. David Letterman, Huey Lewis, and Michael Keaton, are just a few celebrities that have Montana addresses for part of the year.

There are other celebrities and wealthy people that occasionally call Montana home in one of the most exclusive clubs in the world. Since the club has started, there have been rumors as to what wealthy celebrities have memberships to the club. Justin Timberlake, Jessica Biel, and Tom Brady have been linked to the club in the past with posts of them in Montana on their social media pages. We also know that the club is located near Big Sky, Montana.

1. The total wealth of the people who live there is over $290 billion. It's amazing there can be that much wealth in one place in Montana.

2. They have a membership cap of 914 home owners, to keep it exclusive.

3. The average cost of a condo is $15.5 million and a parcel of undeveloped land can cost $10 million for those that want to build their own home.

4. The annual dues will cost a person $78,000. That includes unlimited golfing on the course and skiing on the private mountain.

5. There is a private concert venue at the club that has hosted international superstars like Sting and James Taylor in concert.
