Missoula’s ‘Franklin to the Fort’ Neighborhood Has a New Eatery
The Missoula area has seen a recent influx of exciting new eateries. First up is Elote, a new Mexican restaurant located in the Southgate Mall. They opened their kitchen and dining area before securing their liquor license, which they now have alongside a casino on the premises.

Next, Kampfire Steakhouse has opened its doors on Evaro Hill, recently celebrating its grand opening and has been getting some rave reviews from it's customers.

For a more intimate and unexpected dining experience, check out the "Franklin to the Fort" neighborhood's newest addition: Dandelion Delicatessen. According to their social media pages, they officially opened this location last week. Dandelion Delicatessen is open Tuesdays through Saturdays from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm and is located at 1951 Kensington Avenue, Suite 2, in Missoula.
Dandelion Delicatessen Uses French Techniques
Chef Tara Emery owns Dandelion Delicatessen, and their website boasts that "each dish is expertly crafted using French culinary techniques." Their menu offers a full espresso bar, pastries, pies, soups, salads, and more.
The Dandelion Delicatessen offers "to-go" orders or you can eat in their cozy dining area or on the few tables they have in front of the shop.
