Missoula’s culinary landscape continues to evolve. New restaurants and food trucks are opening all the time.  

There is one thing that you can count on, and that’s that Missoula always has quality eats. If you can also find some good food cheap, that’s a bonus.

Even though I didn’t spend much time in college, I know what it’s like to not have a lot of money for food. After all, I went into radio. It was a treat for me when I had an extra dollar in my pocket.  Sometimes it was enough to add some chili to the Ole’s 3-for-a-dollar hot dogs.

With the high cost of living these days, eating out is a treat for a lot of people. The good news is, there are still places in Missoula that are doing their best to keep their prices down, while still offering some tasty eats.

To be honest, there are one or two places on the list where I haven’t had the pleasure of eating.  

Number two on the list is Drum Coffee. I am not a coffee drinker, so going to a coffee shop to eat isn’t something I normally do. Evidently, I am missing out on some good and cheap food.
